What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.Accurately document customer concerns and relay them to the service technicians.Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, costs, and repair timelines.Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.Consistently meet or exceed service and sales performance targets.What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands.Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive service software and basic mechanical knowledge.Problem Solver: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.What We Offer
