What will you be doing?

Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.Represent Duval Acura's stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.Have fun!

Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.Excellent CSEAcura or Honda brand experience, a plus!Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.An understanding of the mechanical and technical  Computer proficiency. We work on CDK!Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Team playerPolished and professional

Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
