We are looking for an additional Automotive Service Advisor to help us provide exceptional customer service and keep up with our busy and thriving service department. As our service department grows, we need another talented Service Advisor to ensure our customers continue to receive the high level of care they expect. What You’ll Do:Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needsProvide accurate estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairsAct as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communicationKeep customers informed about vehicle status and repair progressMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsCoordinate vehicle pickup, payment, and follow-up to ensure a seamless service experience

What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance is a plusA team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer serviceValid driver’s license required
