What will you be doing?

Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.Represent Subaru of South Hills stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.Have fun!

We are seeking candidates with

Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.Subaru brand experience, a plus!Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.An understanding of the mechanical and technical  Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Team playerPolished and professionalValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
