Providing customer services in the Body Repair and Painting through liaising between the customer and the workshop Monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs To ensuring that all vehicles leaving the workshop are of the highest quality in order to deliver complete customer satisfaction. Proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements as prescribed by Company, Plant/Manufacturer and/or government regulatory bodies.
