As a Service & Repair Technician Level II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing advanced technical assistance and repair services for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success and sustainability of Honeywell by delivering high-quality repair services and technical assistance to our customers. You will contribute to the overall customer experience and help maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Honeywell products and

   systems

• Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer

    interactions

•  Test mechanical and electronical equipment

•  Ability to read blueprints, technical bulletins in association with product repair

•  Ability to work independently

•  Participate in Team meetings

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. (“PIP®”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

The annual base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $53,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in technical assistance or repair services
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to work independently and in a team\nenvironment

• Associate degree in a technical\nfield
• Honeywell product knowledge on\ngas monitoring systems
• Traineeship and/or formal\ntechnical training
• Understand system inventory and\nmovement
• Knowledge with reviewing product\nschematics
• Experience in using test\nsoftware
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
•\nExperience in Windows and Microsoft Office
•\nExperience in SAP operating system and CRM module
• Strong attention to detail and\norganizational skills
• Ability to work self-reliantly and in a team environment
