This role is meant for an entry level candidate that will be involved in providing initial technical support to users experiencing issues with their IT systems. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting basic problems like password resets and software installations and escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 year in a service or support role, knowledge of Microsoft Products in 365, networking and communication systems, and troubleshoot and document findingsService Desk:First point of contact and day to day technical support to end users.Responds to Level 1 support requests via multiple sources such as phone, system responses, chat or other method.Enters or updates call information into the tracking system.Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner.Diagnoses and resolves customer call issues.Escalates calls as appropriate.Project planning:May provide input to projects during planning and requirements gathering.May participate in support training before projects are launched.Customer Technology Support:Troubleshoots, diagnoses and performs minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following documented procedures.Follows up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Explains service procedures to customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
