Role Summary: The Service Analyst will be a pivotal role in our business that will ensure the execution of critical local business processes, including route reconciliation, cash deposits, and accounts payable, while supporting centralized processes and providing technology assistance to local personnel. The individual will also act as the main point of contact for escalations, maintain compliance standards, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for performing and ensuring all critical local business processes (route reconciliation, daily cash deposits, accounts payable) are executed and meet daily, weekly, and monthly service levelAccountable for coordinating, performing, and ensuring that all Business Service Center local processes support and enable the centralized processes in St. Louis & GCC. Process activities include check and invoice scanning, necessary technical support for handhelds and mobile computingMaintain standards controls, and compliance related to the business processOversee or perform technology support for local personnel e.g. handheld, connectivity, data synchronization. Off-hours or remote support may be requiredAct as the single point of contact for escalations by internal and external customerExecutes timely and accurate transactions. Assists in the resolution of discrepancies and data maintenanceProvides consistently outstanding service to internal clients as well as public customersJOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in: Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT preferred.1+ years accounting and/or bookkeeping experienceCustomer issue resolution experienceAbility to explain financial or report informationMust be able to occasionally work overtime to cover second shift when neededExperience with MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills, highly skilled in data analysisUnderstanding of query type software preferredKnowledge of applicable systems preferred (i.e. VIP RAS, SAP, Business Objects, Daily Sales)Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and organizational skillsMust be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:
