Service and Modernization Sales Specialist

What will be your main function and you will collaboration with:

The purpose of the role is to take care of maintenance and modernization customers by phone and ensure that we respond to their requirements and contact them proactively. The Sales specialist also supports maintenance and modernization sales persons by creating and qualifying leads for them.

Daily Responsibilities:

Create opportunities proactively :

Creates, qualifies and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)Responsible for making courtesy calls Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors while interacting with customers

Complaint and query handling :

Solves complaints with the rest of KONE teamHandles queries


Support sales people :

Qualifies leads and plans and schedules visits for farmer Responds and resolves cancellation risks Monitor and resolve suspended contracts if any Updates CRM according to the communication of the hunter on outcomes of the meetingsMonitor monthly forecast and analyze maintenance data


Data quality and communications to ensure customer experience :

Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right personFollows customers not visited; calls and identifies level of satisfaction and opportunityDocuments the customer and contact information, maintains customer data

Responsibilities in modernization sales:

Identifies, develops and follows up existing opportunities of modernizations while calling customer for maintenance topicsFollows up the modernization opportunities forecasted for the month and pushes for appointment for salespersonCoordinates with supervisor/technicians when site survey is required before new offer for modernization

Supports Modernization sales in the following areas

Books appointments, generating leads in LIO and using KONE ToolsCalls customers based on the target list and fixing appointments (considering various factors e.g. location, other appointments)Updates CRM according to the communication of the hunter on outcomes of the meetings Monitor monthly forecast and analyze Modernization project data

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, deliver pitches, and negotiate effectively.Familiar with SAP and CRM tools.Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to manage data and numbers effectively, and convert data into presentations for business needs. Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.Digital proficiency: comfortable with and enthusiastic about utilizing digital solutions.Able to work with minimal supervision and is self-driven.
