What You Will Do:
Services and Solutions Management is a strategic initiative designed to define and organize what we sell as a firm, while and improving our ability to win work and deliver quality Solutions.
In this position, you will enhance our ability to win and deliver across the ~200 Official Guidehouse Solutions, by assisting Service teams in gathering, generating, maintaining, organizing, and presenting content such as approaches/methodologies, delivery aids, proposal materials, and thought leadership. You will help lower the cost of discovery and use by working across our firm’s segments and practice areas to evaluate and generate useable high-quality content and integrate that content with our intranet and AI systems.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to generate client-facing delivery templates and tools, collaborate with other stakeholders (including executives), and be proactive in identifying and enacting improvements. You will obsessively worry about how easy it is to find and use content and constantly look for ways to produce better content and lower the cost of discovery and integration into client delivery or capture efforts.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Seek, find, and gather raw/unevaluated materials from Solution Leads and Service Teams.
Work to evaluate materials for currency, suitability, and efficacy, applying your own judgment and experience.
Synthesize received materials and content and generate new content/materials as needed to fill in gaps, including using Gen AI where appropriate to accelerate.
Coordinate with Solution Leads and other subject matter experts to validate generated content and elicit client-facing examples.
Organize and stage content for production and internal publication as appropriate.
Integrate content into intranet sites and Service Communities of Practice for high use at a low cost of discovery.
Work with Marketing to keep external-facing and internal-facing content in sync (including guidehouse.com, the HUB, and thought leadership materials).
Coordinate with other Guidehouse initiatives and programs to share content and lower the cost of generation and re-use.
Develop and execute a plan for periodic content reviews.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4+ years of experience delivering consulting or advisory services to clients.
2+ years of experience supporting generation of proposal or business development content.
Training or experience in Responsible AI use.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Experience in anticipating challenges and resolving issues.
Ability to work with high level goals/direction in the absence of close supervision.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with Unily, SharePoint, MS Teams or similar platforms.
Training or experience applying User Experience (UX) or Customer Experience (CX) concepts.
Experience using prompts with Generative AI tools to produce professional content.
Experience participating in a Community of Practice.
Training or Certification in Content Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management and/or Process Improvement.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
