Service Application Analyst (SAP CS, S4Hana, or SAP FSM) Job Description **Service Application Analyst** Hybrid Work Arrangement - Ortigas, Pasig City **Are you interested to work as a Service Application Analyst (SAP CS, S4Hana, or SAP FSM)?** **What is the Job all about?** This role belongs to a team focused on supporting our business users in the day-by-day operations within the Application Area of SAP Customer Service solving the medium to high complexity tickets and collaborating with Senior Consultants in related Projects. This role will directly report to the Director for IS Sales, Marketing & Service Solutions responsible for worldwide solutions, resources, and skills. This role will be based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. **Your main responsibilities:** + **Application Support** : Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 1 Support as system bugs, requests for service and change requests + **Ticket Analysis** : Responsible to analyze the tickets and identify the Root Cause + **Training:** Responsible for the Level 1 Training to guarantee the correct knowledge sharing and the correct split of tickets Level 1 vs Level 2. Involved in Service Introduction when new features are going live in the system + **Project Support:** Support of projects under the supervision of Application Consultant/System Consultant **Your background:** + At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is needed + University Master's degree preferably in Sales Business + Relevant Work Experience with the SAP C4C, S4HANA Service or SAP FSM in the following Areas + Organizational Structure (e.g. Sales Org., Sales Office, Sales Group etc.) + Service Order Handling + Order Handling + Ticket management (C4C) + Field Service Management (FSM) + Billing Handling + Pricing Procedures + Knowledge of other SAP modules (ie.
