We are looking for a Service Architect to join our Customer Service Design function.

 

The Customer Service Design (CSD) team architects all of Computacenter’s Managed Services Customer opportunities, delivering market-leading service solutions across our core capabilities within Lifecycle, Workplace, and Enterprise.

Our Service Architecture group is aligned with our portfolio and provides detailed service design and commercial constructs to meet customer needs. The dynamic team is located across Europe and India and brings a wealth of experience and a wide range of skills.

As part of the Service Architecture team, your work will be vital in growing Computacenter’s Managed Services business and driving continual improvement in how we design brilliant services for our customers that enable them to change the world.


What you’ll do

 

Develop and detail creative solutions for managed services tenders in the enterprise area (primarily network services) that inspire your customers and colleagues Independently manage designs within your services and follow prescribed processes to jointly create a coherent solution design Present and defend your design Computacenter internally and also in customer proposal presentations or negotiations, maintaining close contact with your stakeholders You design portfolio-aligned solutions, together with our sales teams, partners, and service units across our company.

 

What you’ll need

 

Extensive experience with IT enterprise / network managed services environments and good working knowledge of relevant commercial tools and systems e.g. cost & pricing tools, resource modelling Experience with integrating network and security services with remote and onsite operations into a consistent service solution Demonstratable experience building relationships and partnerships with communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at internal and external audiences In addition to a high level of personal responsibility, analytical thinking and the ability to prioritise own workload and you follow prescribed processes and are collaborative and open to change
