As a Service Assistant, you play a special role in the overall operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:
•\tBussing and cleaning guests’ tables
•\tOperating and maintaining the dish room
•\tCleaning and organizing the back of house
•\tMaintaining and servicing restrooms
