Incident And Problem management Live Incident swift response team Coordination of incidents Problem management Coordinating/driving of Engineering activity to engineer our way out of future occurrences OnCall Production Systems Monitoring Splunk Monitoring Grafana Monitoring Dashboards Build/Improvements Mailbox Change Control as it relates to service Full awareness of all production change plans Change Approval Board attendance System Ownership BAU ownership activity (eg. IT Pam Reviews, uControl Map reviews, JST and Dora asks) Legacy System Treatment Strategy Development
