Service Availability Representatives Unilingual I Job Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails from internal colleagues with professionalism and urgency. Accurately document incidents, issues, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system. Perform initial diagnosis of technical issues and resolve or escalate appropriately. Escalate wide-impacting or high-priority outages in a timely and effective manner. Follow up on open tickets to ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels. Collaborate with other teams to address recurring problems and identify process improvements. Maintain current knowledge of tools, processes, and applications to support problem resolution. Monitor system availability and provide status updates to users and support teams. Service Availability Representatives Unilingual I Job Qualifications: Prior 1-3 years of experience or education in technical support or IT troubleshooting. Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute accurately. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Technical diploma, associate degree, or relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft). Understanding of basic networking and system performance monitoring tools. Experience supporting business-critical applications or remote access technologies. Knowledge of software used in incident tracking and configuration management. Familiarity with ITIL practices or service desk frameworks General knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic system components. Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment. Employment Details: Salary: Pay Rate: $21.50, 2nd shift pay: Pay Rate: $22.36, 3rd shift pay: Pay Rate: $22.94 Rotational shift: Changes every 2 weeks 24X7X365 Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site role Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm EST Duration: 2 years of contract Location: London, ON Interested in the role of in Service Availability Representatives – Unilingual I in London, ON.
