Main Responsibilities:Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities to strengthen KONE’s competitive position in the market in line with both short- and long-term business objectives.Project Management: Leading or supporting complex business development projects, including new offerings and tools.Segment Focus: Supporting specific business segments, such as Residential, to expand KONE's presence and growth in these areas.Performance Turnaround: Driving improvements in areas with low business performance.Analysis and Development Projects: Managing complex analysis and implementation projects related to business development.Methodology Application: Ensuring the use of appropriate methods for business planning, competitive analysis, marketing, and sales support.Team Leadership: Leading, directing, and developing a team within the specific responsibility area.Networking: Building strong internal and external networks to share best practices and stay informed on current and future industry trends.Collaboration with External Parties: Collaborating with consultants, IT vendors, and other external companies to influence KONE’s business strategies.
