Service Business Specialist
**Summary:** The Service operations team operates and scales service capabilities globally that enable product and sales strategies through the optimization of the reverse processes and service network partners. This person will specifically focus on S & OP, also compile & analyze internal reports from a number of sources, supporting the Service Business Manager.The contributions will foster the growth of key strategic programs that contribute to the Service OPS Management portfolio of programs focused on Sustainability Goals associated with a Cyclical Supply Chain Strategy that addresses Asset Recovery and Disposition/Refurbishment and other Customer Loyalty Programs that enrich the Customer Experience. **Required Skills:** Service Business Specialist Responsibilities: 1. Work across teams to collect returns forecast, refurbishment yields, and demand/supply data required to produce a rolling 6-month business plan for review leading to the Plan of Record for integration in the Global Service Business Management Plan and S&OP. 2. Facilitate regularly scheduled discussions with Internal Stakeholders across multiple groups and regions to communicate and identify refurbished inventory opportunities. 3. Participate in the allocation of Supply across all identified Demand streams. 4. Collaborate with the Service ops team and multiple XFN teams to ensure Refurbished Product specifications and system set ups are created and managed for the regions. 5. Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal to support the creation of unique Product Specifications and Financial modelling. 6. Communicate with the Customer Support , Marketing, Trade, Logistics and Fulfillment and Planning Teams to ensure they are fully aware of the Service Business Management plan and are prepared to support the Plan of Record. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 5+ years experience in supply chain programs, reverse logistics and operations. 8. Skilled in project management. 9. Advanced experience of analytical tools (MS Excel , Tableau etc.). 10. Skilled in presentation programs ( MS PowerPoint etc.). 11. Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities. 12. Highly motivated to support strategic growth and inquisitive mindset that pursues competitive research. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13.
