Service Catalog Manager

**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Service Catalog Manager** to join our team in **Stennis, MS** .
In this role you will assist to develop the service labor mix and costs ensuring only authorized government personnel have access to those costs providing a process and methodology for requesting the service to place on Task Order.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Collaborate and work with customer to define the requirements clearly and concisely documenting the requirements to be used to build the project plan and develop project schedule and artifacts
+ Create and maintain the contract service catalog, securing, managing and controlling pricing
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of catalog conducting regular reviews and updates verifying the information
+ Develop and implement catalog management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
+ Recommend additions, changes, and updates to the service catalog offerings considering customer frequently requested support. Collaborate and work closely with the customer and impacted functional area leads to custom service to support customer request and requirements
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate catalog data, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contract scope
+ Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support customer request through Task Order Award
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 9+ of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in information security, computer science, or related field of study
+ 2+ years of related experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams
+ An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification
+ Cybersecurity Service Provider experience
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ DHS and/or DOD experience
+ ServiceNow experience
+ Agile experience
+ Jira experience
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability is required prior to starting this position.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy, machine, and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers,
+ which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
