Service Center Agent
Description We’re seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a growing organization in Fort Worth, TX. This is a contract-to-hire position offering long-term career potential for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume inbound customer calls and emails + Handle escalated and complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency + Maintain accurate customer records and case notes in CRM systems + Process orders, returns, and service requests in a timely and accurate manner + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounting) to resolve customer issues + Provide product or service information and resolve general inquiries + Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Requirements Requirements: + 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or office-based environment + Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + High attention to detail and data accuracy + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel) + Experience using CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) preferred + Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Experience: + Background in manufacturing, logistics, or B2B service environments + Experience handling client accounts or escalations TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
