Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style. **Service Center Manager-West Chester, OH** This role will report to the Group Vice President. Responsibilities include: + Manage the Operations, Logistics, and Program Management activities associated with the assigned Service Center to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products. + Work with the Regional management team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. + Ensure Customer programs meet expectations through customer engagement, audits, and routine maintenance of bins and racks. + Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Distribution Center, and Supply Chain to ensure that optimal Service center and program inventory levels are maintained for program customers. Including adjusting SC min/max, program bin quantity, and replenishment schedule. + Provide leadership to the Service Center associates to implement best practices, improve efficiencies, and facilitate operational continuous improvement projects. + Support operations projects such as customer launches, program implementations, and expansion or reduction of operating facilities to support Service Center activity. + Responsible for monitoring & facilitating dock-dock & discrete orders being shipped from DC + Responsible for delivery vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance. + Other duties as required. **LOCATION:** Primary work location will be West Chester, OH. Travel requirements will be limited. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** + Minimum of five years of operations management experience in a supervisory capacity. + Minimum of five years of experience with VMI, Kanban, or other inventory systems requiring a triggered replenishment from a warehouse infrastructure. + A working knowledge of inventory management (APICS certification a plus) + Knowledge of ERP systems and processes. + Experience with facility management. + Experience with fasteners and fastener quality standards strongly preferred. **Work Hours:** 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday **Targeted Salary:** 55k (depending on experience) **Position:** Full-time **Benefits:** + 401(k) + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance _We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer._
