Service Center Manager

What you will do:  

Manage the daily operations of the New Iberia, LA service Center and ensure efficient logistics and asset management 

Report to the Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers for consistency across the region 

Coach and develop a team of at least 15 technical employees, providing mentorship and support 

Coordinate technicians and contract labor for effective job execution 

Partner with sales, fleet, and planning teams to optimize operational performance 

Serve as the safety lead, ensuring compliance with safety practices through meetings and oversight 

 

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: 

5 to 7 years of relevant operations and direct management of technical employees' experience 

Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) of at least $10 Million amount – reporting and analysis  

Experience in the rental industry and power generation preferred  

Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience 

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
