Service Center Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$54,080.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Overseeing and holding accountable staff members of administration, warehousing and installation of products.Coordinating support and oversite of routine maintenance and repairs for both facilities and vehicles of the service center.Ensure training of all staff members on safety and inventory accountability.Ensure assignments and accountable actions of evaluators/installers.Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics as requested and or directed by the Director and or other leadership members.Ensure the center operates with legality and conformity to established regulations of their respective areas.Ensure quality, safe and timely installed units of equipment. (Ramps, grab bars, etc.)Ensure proper care and condition of company vehicles.Ensure proper care and condition of company tools.

Service Center Manager Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience leading, developing and or overseeing a team.Exceptionally strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated creativity, flexibility and comfort working with diverse population.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
