Direct Hire position$62,400.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Overseeing and holding accountable staff members of administration, warehousing and installation of productsCoordinating support and oversite of routine maintenance and repairs for both facilities and vehicles of the service centerEnsure training of all staff members on safety and inventory accountabilityEnsure assignments and accountable actions of evaluators/installersEvaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics as requested and or directed by the Director and or other leadership membersEnsure the center operates with legality and conformity to established regulations of their respective areasEnsure quality, safe and timely installed units of equipment. (Ramps, grab bars, etc.)Ensure proper care and condition of company vehiclesEnsure proper care and condition of company tools.Service Center Manager Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience leading, developing and or overseeing a teamExceptionally strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated creativity, flexibility and comfort working with diverse populationAble to lift and or carry 45 lbs or morePhysically able to perform tasks to include times of physical labor requiring assisting team members with installations and or removals as deemed necessary Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
