Job Summary

The Process Specialist will lead process modernization
and improvement projects through the vigorous
application of re engineering, optimization, and
automation methodologies, incorporating industry best
practices systematically into Global Procurement
processes.

Responsibilities/Description: Knowledge of Procurement •Mature knowledge & experience in process mapping and optimization •Procurement experience including ERP systems such as SAP and Procurement solutions such as Ariba or Zycus •Procurement best practice •Understanding for IFF Systems & Tools (SAP, BW) & Microsoft tools •Familiar with procurement best practices •Government & Procurement Process (i.e. SOX Compliance, Global Authorization Policy, audit requirements..) •IFF Code of Conduct Project Management •Skillful in Project Management •Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework and business drivers Supplier relations management •Basic contact with supplier Leadership •Ability to work in teams and diverse groups of people and roles. •Ability to work independently to manage work progression and time. •Shows initiative beyond the scope of a project/task. Coach & Mentoring •Translates feedback into improvements. •Ability to engage and understand feedback through asking questions. •Helps others and provides feedback to peers. Requirements: •Background Bachelor's or greater •Experience >3 years •Average time in position 3 year
