Service Centre Coordinator
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience & skill set.
Based in Rugby full-time in the office
Working Hours: 8:00-4:30 PM or 8:30-5:00 PM

Timing is everything, and as a Service Centre Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation. You’ll work closely with dealerships across the UK and Ireland to solve challenges, manage orders, and keep their operations running smoothly. From handling back orders to transferring stock and resolving transport queries, you’ll ensure that every part reaches its destination with urgency and precision.

What will you do?

By keeping dealerships equipped and operations smooth, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction across the UK & Ireland.

Solve challenges: Manage dealer inquiries, back orders, and transport-related issues, ensuring efficient solutions. Order processing: Log, track, and follow up on dealer cases through phone calls and case-handling tools. Collaborate: Work with dealerships in the UK & Ireland, and global teams to ensure stock availability and seamless supply chain flow. Improve processes: Bring a lean mindset and support digital automation initiatives to improve operations. Track performance: Using dashboards and Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to monitor cases, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
