What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with the Solutions Architect to design, configure, and optimise Service Cloud for various CX initiatives and projects. Leading the implementation of Service Cloud customisations, including advanced workflows, process automations, and customer support functionalities. Participating in requirements gathering and translating business needs into effective Service Cloud configurations. Conducting comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks to ensure high-quality and scalable Service Cloud solutions. Documenting configuration changes, project enhancements, and best practices to maintain consistency and accuracy across deployments. Providing proactive support and issue resolution for internal teams, ensuring optimal usage of Service Cloud for enhanced customer experience.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud and Salesforce configuration with the ability to implement complex workflows and process automations. Analytical Approach: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, identify optimisations, and recommend improvements that enhance service delivery. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning configurations with the broader goals of CX projects. User-Centric Focus: A commitment to improving customer and user experiences through effective system customisations and enhancements. Continuous Improvement: Enthusiasm for staying updated on new Service Cloud features and best practices to contribute to ChargePoint’s growth.

Requirements

Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud or similar Salesforce platforms, focusing on configuration, customisation, and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Service Cloud configurations, including process automations, flows, and service customisation; knowledge of Salesforce best practices for configuration and optimisation. Problem-Solving Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to document configurations, collaborate with teams, and support end-users. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to document configurations, collaborate with teams, and support end-users. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) preferred. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud certifications are preferred, showcasing expertise in Service Cloud configuration and management.
