Responsible to assist and support the service commercial and operations team to ensure smooth process execution on customer service contracts; install base data quality, Sales Force (SFDC) opportunity management and billing for contract and non-contract services. To support day to day operation, service activities and ad-hoc requests from Field Engineers, Channel Partners and customers. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to drive and achieve overall country focus or key metrics.
