Responsible to assist and support the service commercial and operations team to ensure smooth process execution on customer service contracts; install base data quality, Sales Force (SFDC) opportunity management and billing for contract and non-contract services. To support day to day operation, service activities and ad-hoc requests from Field Engineers, Channel Partners and customers. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to drive and achieve overall country focus or key metrics.

Essential Responsibilities

Quotations – Assist with quote generations – both part sales and ad hoc maintenance contracts.Customer order management – Support and maintain proper tracker for customer orders from order to closure. Includes order placement and proper hand over to logistics team for follow up.Sales Force system management – work closely with Service account managers for overall service opportunities management from opportunity creation, updates to billing and closure.Install Base management – work closely with IB team to maintain accuracy of GE install base to ensure prompt creation/deletion and standardization of database for accurate reporting.Support with timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract servicesWork closely with Operation Specialist and Logistics Specialist to establish and streamline processes for more efficient service operation;  timely delivery and fulfillment of service orders.Assist in Preventive Management (PM) planning and tracking support to the local field teams and commercial team for all warranty and contract install basesAny other ad hoc duties assigned by Reporting Manager


 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Diploma/Degree from a recognition organizationProficient in MS Office/ExcelGood verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – fluent in English
