Ron Tonkin Honda, conveniently located off SE 122nd Ave., is hiring Service Concierges for our service department! This is an entry-level service advisor position where you’ll be assisting main line service advisors and helping with general duties around the service department such as cashing customers out, keeping the dealership clean, and corresponding with customers in-person and over the phone. The ideal candidate would have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Service Concierge Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers with check-ins. Staging vehicles in the service repair area. Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments. Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and ancillary duties that come with service writing. Other duties that may arise in the service department.

 

Service Concierge Benefits and Compensation

Hourly plus bonuses, up to $24 per hour.
