Service Concierge

The Service Concierge position directly interfaces with service center clients as an integral part of the customer experience. This position is responsible for varied duties in the service center such as greeting clients, answering phones, and directing client inquiries. The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma/GED required Demonstrated excellence in customer service A capacity for problem solving and the ability to think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment Attention to detail Passion for creating positive client experiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn proprietary software Must possess a valid driver license
Advantageous Experience:
