Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and determine which vehicle services are neededWork as a liaison between our technicians and customers to provide them an understanding of the work that needs to be completed on their vehicleInspect customer vehicle records and sight inspect vehicle to assess if additional services are neededProvide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer’s approvalMonitor status of vehicle service/repair and keep customer informedBook and close repair orders on a timely basisArrange for customer loaner vehicles if neededFollow-up on back ordered parts and contact customer to schedule return appointmentCheck to ensure all items the customer requested was completed and payment is made before returning the vehicle to the customer

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalentMinimum one year of sales or customer service experienceGeneral mechanical knowledge gained either through work experience or educationStrong communication and customer relations skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesValid driver’s license and strong driving recordAuto dealership service writing experience preferred

Service Consultants receive a $2000 a month guaranteed base salary and a competitive incentive program. We also compensate our Service Consultants who receive strong customer service scores.
