Job Description

Avery Dennison Hanita USA is seeking a Service Consultant to join our Customer Support team. This role will be aligned with the Hanita USA business and will provide exceptional Customer Service to assigned customers and accounts, both intercompany and trade. The successful candidate will manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment. This is a remote position. Standard work hours are 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support:Manage customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and anticipating needs.Handle all aspects of order management, from processing and pricing to delivery coordination and post-order feedback.Support sales by creating quotes, updating price lists, and ensuring pricing accuracy.Collaborate with Sales and customers on forecasting and account strategies.Proactively address supply chain issues and provide customer solutions.Operations & Inventory:Manage warehouse inventory, including aging material disposition and annual physical inventory.Work with Purchasing to create purchase orders for US vendors.Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Transportation for on-time delivery.Finance & Administration:Manage customer claims and interact with Shared Services (AR/AP).Monitor and collect on overdue invoices.Create reports analyzing orders, sales, forecasts, and budgets.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.78 - $30.49 / hour.

The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. QualificationsEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Customer-focused attitude with strong people skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general computer applications.Ability to learn and master ERP/order entry systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
