Responsibilities Location Shanghai, ShanghaiCN Job ID REQ-054576 Sales Achievement: Responsible for new contract customers creating and renew contract customers maintenance, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to team sales goals.Lead Identification and Qualification: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences. Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.Customer Needs and Feedback: Timely understand customer needs and feedback.Active Client Contact: Proactively contact clients to strengthen the relationship between the client and the company. Timely resolve issues raised by clients to maximize customer satisfaction.New Client Development: Continuously develop new clients and understand the different needs of various clients.Sales Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of sales activities and outcomes. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Adaptability and Problem Solving: Adapt to changes in the sales environment and handle objections from potential clients.
