Service Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working closely with service team leaders and engineers, coordinating relevant departments to have timely information flow.Driving customer orientation and providing valuable service to customers. Answer telephone and email, responding to questions, ascertaining nature of request and directing accordingly. Quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and complaints.ERP & CRM handling according to the operation process and rules, ensure data integrity and accuracy.Business related issues follow up (generate quotation and negotiate service contract with customer, schedule goods delivery and service arrangement, handle payment issues, follow up AR, etc.)Comply with company rules and regulations, assistant the whole team to achieve the company required performance.Make accurate record of spare parts management.Business analysis based on the demandProject handling and tracking in case any assignedGood team work, self - improvement and challenge constantlyPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree in relevant major

Experience /经验

Minimum 2 years’ working experience in customer service

Other skills /其他技能

Must be well-versed with MS Office applications.Able to do multitask and work independently.Good interpersonal, communication skills and initiativeGood command of written and spoken English
