Apex Integrated Security Solutions, an Everon Company, is looking for a Service Coordinator.
Position Summary:
The main responsibilities for this position are in support of the Operations and Service Manager to coordinate services, inspections and other assigned duties to ensure that these services are delivered on time and efficiently.
This position is Entry-Level and requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in scheduling and/or involved in a role that was fast past and required excellent organizational, multitasking, planning and customer service skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming service requests and coordinate service schedules accordingly. Create and manage the scheduling tracking system. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur. Prepare all completed service tickets/orders for final review Administration of central station monitoring account info/data for both new and existing customers. Provide documentation control by logging incoming and preparing outgoing correspondence, transmittals, daily reports, meeting minutes when required, etc. Attend and participate in meetings when applicable. Assists in identifying and resolving issues affecting service schedules. Prepare and Coordinate delivery of project close-out documents, i.e. correspondence, reports, warranty letters, O&M manuals, etc. Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating supplies, perform inventory review and accuracy. Assist Service Manager with other administrative duties as needed. Use various applications and software programs to manage services, scheduling, orders, and other related duties.REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent data entry skills. Strong verbal and written communication, along with the ability to listen effectively to others. Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing pace, think independently, flexible, take initiative, complete tasks, and work effectively on multiple concurrent projects. Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Must also have a good understanding of customer service and scheduling methodsAbility to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English
