Overview The Service Coordinator is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our residents concerning maintenace repairs. Responsibilities Completing follow-up calls to residents once tickets are closed out to ensure resident satisfaction. Managing and maintaining Pest Control logs and service. Completing incident reports for floods, fires, damages and general incidents for record keeping. Developing maintenance plans and implementing them. Managing and maintaining Pest Control logs and service. Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met. Walking Move Out, Make Ready Inspections and Conducting Routine Property Inspections Assisting in gathering proposals when requested Requesting/ Entering purchase orders for outstanding contractor repairs, equipment, tools or material that may be required. Assisting with other duties which are deemed vital by the PM and APM. Qualifications High school diploma. Relevant field experience in property management. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Leadership experience recommended. Proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in Yardi.
