Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Service Coordinator to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This person will be receiving requests from customers for IT services via the ticketing system and builds tasks to executing teams accurately and completely. Day to day they will communicate with customers in both written and verbal form and identify any additional information required to fulfil requests.
