San-A-Care, a division of Imperial Dade, a leading national distributor, has a Service Coordinator role available in Waukasha, WI.

 

The Service Coordinator provides customer support by answering their inquiries, scheduling technicians for service appointments, taking stock of parts inventory, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure parts are ordered promptly for the scheduled repair work.

 

The hours for this position are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

You will:

Process and manage billing for all service orders in a timely and accurate manner.Complete and submit warranty claims for parts and services according to company guidelines.Follow up on pending parts and service orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution.Assist service technicians and customers with various service-related inquiries and tasks such as Van Re-stock and transfers.Check in new equipment and batteries upon arrival from the manufacturer.Maintain accurate records of all service orders, parts, and warranty claims in the company system.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any service-related issues or delays. This includes working with the warehouse to get machines delivered and assisting the technicians in the shop.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service support.Fill in for Service Manager with scheduling road calls and covering shop responsibilities. Qualifications

You have:

 

Previous experience in a service or parts coordination role is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
