Service Coordinator

Purpose of the position
We are making every move count.
Main tasks and responsibilities
+ Centralize the scheduling and logistics of service jobs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and reducing scheduling conflicts.
+ Overseeing time booking and project timelines, the coordinator will help minimize downtime and optimize the productivity of our technical teams.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and service requests, which is crucial for building strong customer relationships.
+ Consolidate service activity reports, providing management with valuable insights into performance metrics and operational trends, which aids in strategic planning.
+ Enhance data accuracy in service orders, material requests, and invoicing, reducing administrative errors.
+ Manage the invoicing process more effectively, leading to faster payments and improved cash flow.
+ Handling logistical and administrative tasks,
+ Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring consistency in service delivery standards.
+ Identify additional service opportunities, driving
+ Overseeing service delivery processes
What you’ll need to succeed
Qualification
+ Diploma/Degree in Technical educational background
Relevant work Experience
+ 2-3 years in Service Industry
Knowledge/Skill Required
+ Proven experience in a coordinator role within the service industry.
+ Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
+ Preferred experience with SAP or Salesforce platforms.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
+ Proficient in English (knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage to engage with Hindi speaking customers).
