Lead a team to deliver a first class service
 

As a Services Specialist, you are responsible to communicate with clients and channel partners for service enquiries and spare parts processing. Also, responding to technical clarification of inquiries, coordinate with technical specialists (Tech support) as needed.
 

As a Service Coordinator for South East Asia, you will be responsible for:
 

Communicating with local and overseas SEA based (VN, SG, TH, MY) customers by phone or e-mail for service inquiries and service order/spare parts processing.Clarifying material availability and coordination of service visits at the fastest possible delivery date with the responsible departments.Completing order entry of spare parts / service orders/ Service Support Agreement in SAP.Opening Projects, Service jobs, sales orders, billing, revenue record, cost plans, and also ensuring all the data is properly entered, and being processed aligning with the company policyCoordinating closely with the relevant counter parties, such as sales, production, factory, quality assurance team, finance to ensure completion of order processing & customer satisfaction.Registering new customer, documentation through SFDC (Sales Force)Monitoring delivery dates and tracking coordinating spare parts production and shipment between factory/customer/forwarder/customs officers preparing relevant documentsSupporting ASEAN Service Team – Service manager & Field Service Engineers in SEA regions.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have experience in SAP (must have) and SFDC (nice to have)Have understanding of after-sales services and supports and in import/export procedureHave proficiency in English language and the local languageHave relevant professional experience in dealing with domestic and international customers of minimum 5 yrHave comprehensive understanding of QTC (Quote to Cash) processBe able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have high level of accuracy on data maintenance. Good problem solving skills.Have working experience in Multi-national company, especially in complex organization
