Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure prompt dispatch of field service mechanics for preventive maintenanceOversee the timely dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customersManage the supply of parts for shop mechanics, other branches, and customersSupervise the Parts Department to maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing costsPrepare work schedules and manage service calls to meet customer demands, ensuring equipment availabilityOrder parts to ensure sufficient inventoryCollaborate with equipment vendors to understand maintenance needs for new inventoryAddress customer complaints regarding equipment condition and operationPerform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferredValid driver’s licenseStrong experience in parts inventory managementKnowledge of purchasing processes to optimize order sizes and reduce costsBasic computer skillsSupervisory experiencePersonal and professional integrityFlexible problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical demands, including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors as required. Base Pay Range: $27.91 - 38.37
