Service Delivery Administrator
Location: Nottingham. This is a hybrid role which will allow you to split your time between home and the office.
The Delivery Administrator is responsible for supporting the Cloud Operations Team in their delivery of all tasks and services, as well as any work necessary on external customer projects. This includes ensuring all created artifacts, documents, and reports meet internal standards and are completed on time and within given budgets.
You’ll make a difference by
Coordinate and support the Cloud Operations team with both operations and technical functions in support of ongoing activities and specific projects. Maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track task and team progress, service performance, financials, and resource utilization (in coordination with our Finance partner). Prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders, including resource utilisation and project/task progress. Analyse available data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Oversee financial aspects of team activities, including involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Act as the main point of coordination for Cloud Operations stakeholders regarding service delivery. Develop the contact network across the wider estate, particularly with various Portfolio leads and their development teams. Support the management of stakeholder expectations through regular portfolio meetings, ensuring clear communication throughout all engagements. Address and support the resolution of issues and concerns raised by the Cloud Operations team and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the IT operations team and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Ensure all IT operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and financial controls.You’ll win us over by:
Proven experience in IT service delivery, project management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of financial management and reporting. Strong communication skills utilising collaboration tools including MS Teams, Jira Service Desk, Jira Kanban, and Confluence. Advanced user in the M365 / Office suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with functioning in project teams delivering within the IT and IT Service Management sectors. Knowledge of general software development principles. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultural boundaries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.What can we offer?
