The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. We work, build, and operate bespoke, technically complex, mission-critical systems which help our clients keep us all safe and secure. Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This role will be based at a site near Chippenham several days a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Service Delivery Advisor and kickstart your career in IT service management and cybersecurity. We offer an excellent roadmap for professional growth, with opportunities to progress into Incident Management or Service Delivery roles within the next few years.

As a Service Delivery Advisor, you will be on the front line of customer support, helping our clients with access management and platform usage for bespoke cybersecurity tools and applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational skills in IT service management while receiving comprehensive training in on-premise systems, Azure, AWS, and ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st Line Support: Handle first-level queries, including creating and managing access logins for bespoke cyber tools, managing passwords, and assisting end users with platform navigation.

• Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for account handovers, guiding users through the platform, and addressing their concerns efficiently.

• Documentation: Produce and maintain user guides for various applications, ensuring clear and comprehensive instructions for end users.

• Operational Support: Manage specific tasks delegated by the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Director, Incident Manager, and other team members to support large-scale service operations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Skills & Experience:

• Organisational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in line with deadlines.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Desirable:

• A keen interest in ITIL, IT Service Management, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Experience in production and maintenance of user documentation.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
