What success looks like in this role:

The Service Delivery Analyst will perform the following activities:

•         Coordinate with the Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Transition Manager to ensure established processes are followed

•         Analysis of data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and coordinate with the SDMs to implement the improvements

•         Management and tracking of routine system activities necessary for AMS operational success (E.G., ensuring adherence to timelines for patch updates, sandbox refreshes, documentation reviews, etc.)

•         Assist the SDMs with the tracking and adherence to AMS guidelines (monitoring, SLA tracking, service reporting, compliance and periodic activities, and documentation & knowledge management)

Typical Duties

Service Delivery Analysts are responsible for completing project work activities and deliverables.Work activities include analyzing the impact of the change on the environment, implementing the change, resolving system defects,Reviewing and analyzing documentation (e.g., vendor documentation), conducting technical research on system upgrades toDetermine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with the current system and documenting system problems andResolutions for future reference.

Application Analysts:

Provide detailed specifications to one or more developers and act as the integration point for testing and QA of the submitted modules.Develop coding specifically when it comes to integration, middleware and presentation layers to the user.Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use.

Minimum Skill / Education Requirements

5 years in level and role7 years minimum overall experience
