The DCF Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue. Provide profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution. Ensure on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a DCF Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:

·         Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution

·         Interacting with the customer service managers on issues escalation Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation

·         Oversee the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon

·         Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries

·         Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements

·         Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Have a high school diploma/GED, bachelor degree is preferred

7-10 years experience working in DCF

3-5 years experience working as Service Coordinator is preferred

Prior field experience is required

Demonstrate good experience in Resource Management

Past experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Able to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

Excellent communication skills

Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
