As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Wireline, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating of the cased and open hole wireline activity on offshore installationsSupervising operations and allocate tasks to team ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual.Supervising, mentoring and coaching direct reports and ensure completion of their Employee Development Plans. Where applicable, ensure that training and competency programs are in place to facilitate the mentoring of subordinates through the competency system (CMP). Conduct competency assessments when required. Ensuring well site support requirements are planned and executed as required to facilitate continuous operations. Liaising with clients representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required to ensure continuous quality of service to client.Following up on Non-conformance reports from customer (NCR)Establishing and maintain relationship with customerCoordinating and monitor delivery process of min/max inventory itemsActively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes (SQP). Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriateApplying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceHave solid experience in Wireline Services & Operations (for 5 years)Demonstrate experience in supervision or coordination within Wireline ServicesHave experience working with multiple internal teams to meet customer requirementsDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teamsHave the ability to manage multiple project and deadlinesHave good leadership capabilities and ability to manage and coordinate field personnel
