As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. You will design, plan, and prepare coiled tubing & pumping jobs to be executed safely and flawlessly.

 

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conduct all activities in line with the Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client in job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes. Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery and business reputation.

 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent Have proven field experience in Coiled Tubing, Fluid Pumping Have experience in developing and mentoring operational personnel Be fluent in Dutch and have good communication skills in German and English Be analytically strong with a problem solving approach
