Baker Hughes Artificial Lift group manufactures complete centrifugal pump systems equipped with technology special developed for the oil and geothermal industry. Due to a high-quality product and a high level of service we have seen strong growth in our Geothermal business. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service delivery Coordinator ideally with experience in Artificial Lift Systems

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the regional team with the internal sales process and tracking equipment

Supporting material receipts and deliveries within SAP transactions

Preparing, checking and test the equipment before shipping to the locations

Working with the operations team to support the field operations

Being contact point for suppliers and customers

Providing engineering support and operational recommendations for the pumping systems

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a successfully completed Technical Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical background

Have experience in Artificial Lift or Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP)

Have minimum 2 years experience in project management (project engineer/coordinator roles or similar)

Have experience in Oil and Gas sphere

Have knowledge with MS office software, preferably SAP experience

Be fluent in English, both verbal and written
