As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
 

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will also be responsible for:
 

Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our upper and lower completions business in the North Sea to ensure successful completionHandling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective supportPlanning, managing lead times, ordering equipment, providing support and solutions to meet client needsManaging client relationships, being the primary contact for job planning, preparation, execution and close outEnsuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectivesEnsuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakageBriefing personnel Pre and post offshore activity with regular touch points to run through operationsCollaborating with drilling engineers, completions specialists, the integrated solutions team and workshop personnel to ensure smooth running of operationsLiaising with the technical team, risk and material planners to ensure time efficiency and effective planningApplying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

To be successful in this role you will:

Demonstrate a track record in completions – be this in a field or onshore based roleHave experience of completions holistically or with an emphasis on lower completions, sand controls, liner hanger, multilateral systems, steerable drilling liners (SDL)Be highly organised with finely tuned planning skillsWork well under pressure with high attention to detailHave good customer facing skillsDemonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skillsHave the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBe successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
