Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Delivery Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This position has been created to support the Infrastructure Delivery Team globally with various operational and administrative tasks. It will require you to communicate with internal teams, external clients and vendors.
As this role is to support our global team, it would be expected that your working hours would be approximately 2:00-11:00 PM (including lunch break) local time, although this can be discussed further. This role would most likely suit someone with 1-3 years of working experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generating infrastructure client order forms and tickets on various platforms
Working with Sales Operations to ensure that all details on orders forms have been thoroughly checked and validated before being sent to clients
Working with Invoice & Sales Operations to ensure that all order forms signed by clients are tracked to ensure clients are being invoiced accordingly for their services
Creating & closing opportunities in Salesforce
Notifying clients once services have been delivered
Responsible to ensure all infrastructure order forms are located when a client cancels a platform
Ensuring vendors are notified of cancellations to cease connectivity when necessary
Ensuring all new and ceased connectivity is documented on the appropriate platform where necessary
Working with the Head of Infrastructure Delivery & Operations to help automate and streamline processes from the time an order is created to when the service is cancelled
Updating Salesforce entries
Insuring the CMDB is updated
Providing quotes internally and to clients
Reporting exchange usage to various venues
Your Profile
Customer facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with the desire and ability to learn quickly
Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and can self-manage your time
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of Power Automate would be highly beneficial
A basic understanding of network terminology would be beneficial
Understanding terminology used in Order Forms or Sales Contracts
