Service Delivery Director of IT Infrastructure/Service Desk

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** + Direct and oversee (local and system-level) information systems activities and resources supporting our employed associates adapting to technology and contracted associates deploying technologies. + Establish strategic direction and oversight in order to ensure that technology resources will be optimized and expenses managed. + Develop partnership with internal and external senior management. Work with other senior managers and senior users in strategic technology issues. + Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the technological, clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. + Plan, organize and direct all activities related to Service Delivery leadership team’s staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. + Direct all activities related to service delivery and complaint management. + Ensure the services delivered operate in compliance with allocated funding. + Coordinate and direct internal/external audits of MSP performance. + Direct and evaluate service tower activities including research, design and development of new technologies and service enhancements. + Align organization and MSP values to ensure continuous growth and improve customer experience.
